Our Valuable Team Members
Tim recently noted, “The opportunity to build a successful Club and be a part of so many lives has been a labor of love. I want to use my broad experience to innovate and make the Hopkinton experience the best it can be for members every day”.
Originally from Lebanon, Lina moved to the United States when she was 18. A mother of four, she also enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.

Marnie M. MacAlpine
(Maker of All Things Right)
Marnie is a person synonymous with the youthful, active and caring nature of Hopkinton. She began working here at the vibrant age of 23 and has given much of her time, heart & soul to help shape the personality of the club. She’s often seen as the “go-to” person who will go beyond the unexpected to get just about anything done for members. Her dedicated involvement in child and family programming at the club has played a large role in shaping fond, lasting memories for members and their families.
Marnie is multi-faceted and perhaps that’s what makes her so good at what she does. Away from the club, she’s an experienced cook and well known for her baking. Personally, while nurturing the more domestic side of her self, she also finds time to explore other fast-paced passions – like racing Autocross. Marnie’s varied interests and caring nature has established her as an integral and highly valued member of the Hopkinton family.

He has a sincere interest in getting to know every member – and takes great pride in making them feel comfortable and helping everyone enjoy their time here. He also participates in many charities including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Golf for Guatemala, Emily’s Pink Ribbon Golf and the Santa Fund charities.

Between 1984 and 1994, Tom had earned “Best Chef in New Hampshire” honors three individual years while at the Boilerhouse Restaurant in Peterborough, NH. That led him to Boston where he served as Executive Sous Chef & Chef de Cuisine at the Parker House. After which, he served for years as Chef in Omni hotels in several top culinary cities including Cincinnati, Tuscon, Charlotte & Houston. He’s currently an active member of the Epicurean Club in Boston.
